The Opportunity We are looking for two talented Interior Designers who have a passion for design and driving exceptional project outcomes. 1 x Senior Interior Designer (Full Time 12 Month Parental Leave Contract, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role, subject to business needs) 1 x Interior Designer (Full Time Permanent Position) These roles offer the opportunity to lead and work collaboratively with the team across a diverse range of projects, with a focus on the Multi-Residential and Commercial sectors. About the role As an experienced Interior Designer, you possess outstanding design and presentation skills, leading projects from conception to completion. With experience at either a senior or mid-level, you flourish in a collaborative environment, inspiring, supporting and driving your team to deliver their best work. Your skills extend beyond the conceptual phase; you possess in-depth knowledge of interior detailing, construction and delivery. You have an exceptional ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, across all levels. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to manage all project phases through Sketch Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation and Construction Services. Skills and experience Outstanding design and presentation skills which can be translated through Sketch Design, Design Development and Construction Documentation packages Confidently lead multiple projects simultaneously, including managing a project team, client deliverables, brief, budget and timelines Highly proficient in preparation of all Interior Design documentation, leading tender processes, on-site construction services and providing direction to team members Extensive local experience across a range of residential and commercial projects Excellent technical, construction and regulatory knowledge Advanced REVIT experience is essential Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous Degree qualification in Interior Design Personal qualities and behavioural traits Exceptional ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels Cultivate existing and new client relationships Excellent communication and people management skills with a collaborative approach Strong organisational and time management skills A keen eye for details and solutions focused How to apply Apply via Seek Must be eligible to live and work in Australia Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for an interview No recruitment agencies please
