Why This Role is Important As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the main point of contact between our customers and our operations team. You’ll ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of service throughout the entire process. Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer orders for local and distributor clients in a timely manner using our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics). Handle purchase orders for Woolworths and Coles related to the ESCD Brand. Work closely with the Cold Room pick/pack team and Production Leads to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, order tracking, and resolving any issues such as out-of-stock items or late deliveries. Book freight deliveries and manage logistics to ensure deliveries meet customer expectations. Process customer invoices, manage out-of-stock situations, and generate credits as necessary. What We’re Looking For Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers over the phone Experience with ERP systems (Business Central is a plus) Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with order processing systems Problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude toward resolving customer issues Why Work With Us?
