The Role We’re on the lookout for a friendly and driven Construction Supervisor to join our team. If you’re passionate about quality home building and eager to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll need an established trade base, strong problem-solving skills, and a positive can-do attitude. We’re looking for someone ready to embrace challenges and help us maintain high production standards. You’ll oversee the quality construction of new homes, supervise trades, liaise with clients, and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. If you have industry experience in residential construction and can work in Perth and Northern and Southern suburbs, you might be the perfect fit. About You The ideal candidate will have: A relevant trade qualification and experience in residential construction Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver outstanding customer service Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good computer skills (MS Office & Click Homes experience is a plus) A current C Class Driver’s License A WA Occupational Health & Safety White Card To be considered, you must have: An established trade base A relevant trade qualification 3-5 years of experience in a similar role A C-Class driver’s license The right to work in Australia Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Click Homes (desirable but not essential) Proficiency with computers and iPads Excellent customer service skills A current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one A Construction Safety Induction Card Proven time-management skills What’s in It for You?
