An exciting opportunity has opened for a hybrid loan administrator and office coordinator role at non-bank lender in the heart of Sydney CBD with a fantastic company culture. Employment Type: Contract Role with possibility for permanency Duration: 16 Months Responsibilities: Settlements: Verify documents for settlements, ensuring compliance with KYC legislation Manage transaction settlements in the finance system and coordinate with stakeholders Prepare payment directions and PPSR lodgements Track and manage post-settlement actions Team & Office Support: Manage office supplies and ensure the office runs smoothly Organise internal events such as team lunches, catering, and travel bookings Assist executive directors with administration and travel coordination Provide general team support as needed Ideal Candidate: Experience with loan administration or settlements (highly desired) Ability to work on a 16 months contract Experience with office administration or coordination High level of attention to detail Benefits: Great leadership team – down-to-earth, friendly work environment Collaborative culture – be part of a tight-knit, high-energy team Hybrid role – 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
