Ensure all site activities comply with defence regulations, safety standards, and technical requirements . Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and maintain accurate reporting. Identify and resolve on-site challenges to keep projects running smoothly. What You’ll Need: Previous experience on defence projects is essential . Background in marine, civil, or infrastructure construction preferred. Strong understanding of engineering principles, project planning, and compliance regulations . Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and manage subcontractor relationships.
