We are recruiting an Administration Assistant to support their Sales & Client Services team. Position Overview: This full-time onsite role involves providing administrative support to the Sales & Client Services team, focusing on client account management and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with activating new client accounts and ensuring compliance with KYC requirements. Respond to FreshDesk tickets and address client queries. Call clients to verify bank details and maintain accurate data. Manage a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently. Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in administration, ideally in a high-volume environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills and professional client interaction. Eligible to work full-time in Australia.
