Job Description About the Role We are currently seeking two motivated Graduate Engineers to join our team: Site-Based Role – Working on a 2/2 roster in the Cooper Basin , providing hands-on experience in a dynamic site environment. Brisbane Support Office Role – Based in our Brisbane Support Office Monday-Friday, with the potential to transition into a site-based role in the future. As a Graduate Engineer, you will provide engineering and project management support for the tender and delivery of projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable standards, drawings, and specifications. Your key responsibilities will include: Estimating project duration and resource requirements. Estimating project costs associated with materials and execution. Reviewing IFC documentation including P&ID and isometric drawings. Identifying potential technical or constructability concerns. Preparing and managing RFI and TQ requests. Developing and optimising project construction schedules. Developing and managing project documentation including MDRs. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Identifying and raising opportunities for continuous improvement in GEC project engineering process and tools. Desired Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you must hold the following traits, skills, and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree of Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline. 0- 2 years' experience in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline. Must have eligible Australian working rights. Must have a current driver’s licence. Strong work ethic. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
