Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Lead Designer and Creative Director to execute seasonal range briefs and create cohesive collections. Conduct thorough research on global trends and local markets to influence the design direction. Develop detailed tech packs, including garment measurements, construction details, and trim/fabric specifications. Oversee the critical path timelines, ensuring design quality and timely preparation of collections. Manage factory and supplier communication for fabric, trim, and product development. Lead weekly fit sessions, ensuring design viability, product quality, and speed to market. Drive the creation of commercial products that align with profit targets and minimise markdowns. Regional and overseas travel may be required, providing exposure to global trends and suppliers. To be successful for this role you will have: Demonstrated industry experience within a leading womenswear brand. Diploma or Degree in Design or related field. Technical proficiency in garment construction, fabrics, and trims. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. A proven track record of delivering commercially successful designs.
