About the role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee a team of 10 staff, including New Enquiries, Contact Centre, and Treatment Coordinators, ensuring a seamless customer journey from the first interaction to treatment. Your leadership, strategic mindset, and sales expertise will drive team performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Sales Teams – the Call Centre and Patient Coordinators to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs Standardise clinic training and upskill call centre staff and patient coordinators for improved sales performance to meet and exceed targets and KPIs Implement data driven strategies for continuous improvement and optimisation of sales processes through our CRM platform Strategies and execute marketing and customer engagement campaigns through our CRM and management tools Provide shift and support management for team development and success What We’re Looking For: Sales Strategy & Process Optimisation: Proven track record in sales and call centre management and exceeding targets Data-driven mindset with a focus on optimising sales processes Experience in driving change and improvement initiatives through the use of CRM Experience in identifying key areas for improvement and lead effective change initiatives to enhance efficiency and to achieve and exceed targets and KPIs Team Leadership: Strong, hands on leadership skills with the ability to actively engaging in team operations and demonstrating best practices understand each role within your team to provide hands-on support and guidance motivate and drive team performance drive a culture of continuous learning and development within the team Excellent communication skills for effective team and customer engagement Benefits: Competitive salary package with performance incentives.
