About the Role Your role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and an outstanding client experience. Responsibilities include: Managing incoming and outgoing calls via C3X , our software-based phone system. Recording client and enquiry details accurately in Clio , our legal client management system. Greeting clients and ensuring they feel welcome and supported. Assisting with filing, general administration, and legal matter management in LEAP . Scheduling appointments and booking meeting rooms using Microsoft Office . Handling mail and deliveries. Keeping the office and kitchen areas well-presented. Providing additional support across the firm where needed. About You We need someone who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and enjoys creating positive experiences for others. The ideal candidate will have: A proactive, self-motivated attitude. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite . An aptitude for learning new technology and processes. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. Previous reception and/or office administration experience in a professional environment. Availability to work full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm in our Newcastle office.
