You will be responsible for setting the standards of care and experiences for our children. Under the direction of the Nominated Supervisor and Approved Provider, you will contribute to the overall success of the educational program while ensuring you are compliant with regulations, policies and procedures. Day to day duties will include but are not limited to: Building and maintaining positive relationships with both children and families Set-up and delivery of engaging and rich experiences for children Assisting with the smooth and compliant running of rooms Contributing to the development of exceeding level or practices What You’ll Bring to the Team To be considered for this position, you should have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards) as well as some demonstrated experience where you have made a difference to children's lives in an ECEC environment.
