We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Bar Supervisor . In this role you will be responsible for: ·Supervising and supporting daily Food and Beverage Operations in Solander Dining and Bar. ·Supervising the team, ensuring that brand standards are met, and guest expectations are exceeded. ·Training and developing team members, ensuring they maintain a professional manner. ·Understanding menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities. ·Performing duties with a high level of positive enthusiasm. What are we looking for? ·RSA - Must have a current and valid 'Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol' certificate. ·Demonstrated experience within hospitality, retail, or fast food leading a team or strong experience in a Food & Beverage role. ·Friendly, positive, energetic disposition with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service. ·A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
