Within our logistics services business there are 17 depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities. YOUR ROLE As the Explosive Ordnance Life Cycle Engineer, you will play a critical role in integrating your knowledge of EO life cycle engineering processes into our logistics planning functions. You will serve as a strategic enabler within the EO supply chain, ensuring safe and efficient management of guided weapon and explosive ordnance products throughout their lifecycle. This dynamic role combines desk-based tasks with hands-on activities, providing you the unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in explosive ordnance (EO) to support our logistics and operational functions. Support Defence EO projects with expertise in storage, transport, and maintenance activities Manage and implement system improvement projects Identify and analyse EO safety hazards, designing and implementing risk control measures Develop solutions for sustainable EO capabilities Incorporate EO engineering and technical advice into data analytics solutions supporting logistics planning and operations Attend EO trials and field activities, making technical recommendations Collaborate with stakeholders to identify supply chain risks for new EO systems YOUR EXPERIENCE Bachelor of Engineering or similar Experience in EO engineering and/or understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes would be highly advantageous Knowledge of hazard risk analysis & proficiency in technical report writing Previous experience within Defence and/or Logistics would be highly regarded WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY After you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
