The successful applicant will be required to: Within routines, methods and procedures complete document management using the DMS Retrieve files from the filing room and return same Scan documents as directed, using the provided naming conventions within the DMS File staff and general correspondence Maintain the general filing system in an accurate and efficient manner Set up new employees for checking following set processes on CHRIS Payroll system as required Distribution of general correspondence and reports as required About you The successful applicant will have an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic education. In addition you will have excellent time management skills, a high degree of confidentiality, well developed interpersonal skills and a high level of computer proficiency and attention to detail.
