Join us as an Administrative Officer now As the administrative officer you will be providing support to the Clinical Trials Research manager and department. Responsibilities will include but not limited to ensuring the effective running of the department and contributing to scheduling patient visits, ordering stock, maintaining storeroom for clinical trial supplies, diary management, answering telephone calls, filing, booking shipments, data entry, invoicing, and billing for clinical trials. About the role: Reporting to the Clinical Trials Manager as the Administrative Officer duties for the role will include: Answering incoming telephone calls and scheduling appointments for clinical trial participants as per nursing staff Preparation of files for upcoming clinical trial visits including source notes and booking of shipments and lab supplies High level of computer skills in EPAS, Oracle, Basware Provide a proficient communication link within the unit between participants, staff members and management Proficient in reception duties including, word processing, spreadsheets, and telephone skills About you: Ability to work as a member of a team, to manage a variable workload and work under pressure High level of written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively and appropriately with a variety of professional and non-professional staff, external stakeholders, and research participants Using Microsoft Office with a degree of speed and accuracy Experience in electronic health care databases and maintaining a data management system Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
