This established, exciting finance company of 50 employees is looking for an IT Manager to be the sole technology employee, owning the roadmap and managing day to day technology operations. They are seeking an ambitious, hungry and professional individual to run their Technology department. This role would suit someone 3 - 7 years into their career who is currently at a senior sys admin, Team lead or 2ic level, looking for the opportunity to run their own department. You will work in conjunction with multiple MSPs and vendors, whilst providing best in class technical support to the CEO, execs and other employees. employees). You will manage day-to-day IT operations and collaborate with external vendors for more complex technical issues. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of the IT infrastructure, which includes Microsoft Office 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint etc. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive IT support to all executives, addressing daily technical issues and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Manage and coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support and maintenance. Oversee and enhance cyber security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards (working in conjunction with a consulting firm) Work with the CFO and CEO to develop the IT strategy, roadmap and budget.
