With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team and contribute to successful project delivery . Key Responsibilities: Oversee contract administration across multiple government and commercial projects . Ensure all contractual obligations, industry standards, and regulations are met. Prepare and manage contract variations, cost forecasts, and extensions of time . Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Teams, and Consultants to keep projects on track. Assist in tender preparation, reporting, and project planning . Maintain strong stakeholder relationships , including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Support safety investigations and ensure adherence to OHS standards . Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members. What You’ll Bring: Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Economics, or a related field. Experience in contract administration within government or commercial projects . Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills . Background in Quantity Surveying (highly regarded). Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work within compliance frameworks. Perth-based experience with full Australian work rights . What’s On Offer?
