Key Responsibilities: Provide a confidential and efficient clerical service to support the Executive Officer/Director of Nursing and Midwifery. Maintain accurate client records and ensure data is managed efficiently. Prioritise tasks and manage workload independently, meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment. Adapt to new software and technologies while maintaining proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with policies, including Occupational Health & Safety and Equal Opportunity principles. What We’re Looking For: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal). Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to change. Experience in customer service and maintaining client information and records.
