Join us and make your mark Tasks Ahead Candidate Management Manage the candidate database and guide both clients and candidates through the recruitment process. Organise pre-screening and interviews that meet internal recruitment partner and client requirements. Keep the talent pipeline flowing by managing Temp, Contract, and Labour Hire availability. Job Vacancy Management Create engaging job adverts and share them strategically across various platforms. Master spec CVs, market candidates, and shortlist CVs for job orders. Mine Site Mobilisation Onboard employees: book medicals, inductions, training, and PPE. Manage site mobilisation procedures efficiently. Build strong relationships with site personnel for client site clearances. Execute mobilisation documentation accurately and promptly. Maintain timely communication with all stakeholders. Coordinate site inductions as needed. Handle PPE issuance and stock record maintenance. Update rosters and personnel records with the HR/Payroll team and clients. Ensure compliance with pre-mobilisation requirements. Monitor progress and compliance for project mobilisations. Additional Responsibilities Handle all administration duties, including identification and reference checks. Maintain records in line with legislative requirements. The Details You’ll work closely with a team while enjoying significant autonomy. We need a motivated self-starter focused on client and candidate support. A positive attitude and attention to detail are crucial. Being versatile in office administration is a plus. What You Bring Proven administrative experience, preferably in a recruitment consultancy or similar environment. A proactive approach to addressing both client and candidate needs. Familiarity with admin support apps (Zoho Suite, Google Apps, Trello preferred but not essential). Strong organisational skills with absolute attention to detail. Confidence using LinkedIn, Seek, and social media for job creation and candidate sourcing. Availability outside standard hours for urgent work. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
