CA / Junior PM - Fit Out The Company: Commercial fit out projects for high profile clients Workspace, Education, Health, Medical and Building Owners Projects range $1-10m Friendly environment Looking for an enthusiastic person with fit out experience Keen to progress into a Project Management position Role and Skills: Preparation of subcontractor tender packages, scope of works, contract documentation and procurement schedules Submission and evaluation of variations Prepare end of monthly costs reports for presentation to the Construction Manager Administer RFIs to clients and consultants Assisting Project Manager with daily operations Maintaining project document control Build relationships and negotiate with suppliers Desirable Criteria: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience minimum as a Contracts Administrator Experience working on similar projects, preferably from a competitor Strong communication and negotiation skills Australian working rights We are looking for CAs across the board within construction, fit out and refurb.
