Some of the Daily Activities: Provide EA support to our Accounting and Tax Partner Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, including obtaining ethical clearance from previous accountants Finalise proposals, engagement letters, and advisory documents Coordinate the tax return lodgement program, including internal Reporting and submission of tax returns to the ATO Prepare and establish new client jobs for annual compliance tasks Compile client tax packages, including financial statements and tax returns Communicate with clients to obtain signed documents Requirements: A background or past experience, in a similar role in the accounting/financial sector would be highly regarded 2-4 years experience in a similar role Positive and proactive mindset Strong communication abilities, both oral and written Capacity to manage workflow priorities and perform effectively under pressure Able to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within the Administration Team Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications Knowledge of Xero and ASIC Software highly regarded If you have any questions please feel free to contact me for a confidential chat: 0461 410 776 lmullenandersenpartnersip.com
