Position Summary Reporting directly to the Head of People and Capabilities (P&C) and working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, P&C function and hiring managers across AWA, The Talent Acquisition Administrator at Alzheimer's WA (AWA) is responsible for assisting with any related recruitment tasks for all roles across the organisation. This role requires strong administrative skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen understanding of recruitment processes. Ideal Candidate Profile Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated experience in a recruitment administration or coordination role, preferably in the healthcare or aged care sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build productive relationships within our community. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment workflows effectively. Key Responsibilities Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment requisition approvals and posting job advertisements. Assist with any incoming applications, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews (in-person or via Teams) when directed. Ensure compliance with all pre-employment requirements, including police checks and necessary qualifications. Assist with reference checks and any other recruitment related tasks that are required. Respond promptly to candidate and customer queries via the recruitment inbox. Maintain and update candidate pools to ensure talent pipelines are nurtured for current and future needs. Benchmark AWA’s recruitment practices to enhance competitiveness in the job market. Recommend and implement innovative recruitment and administrative solutions that align with AWA’s goals. Collaborate closely with the P&C team to coordinate and support the recruitment of any open positions. Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience while facilitating an effective onboarding process. Contribute to the evolution of Alzheimer's WA's recruitment strategy through creative and impactful initiatives. Selection Criteria Relevant qualifications in Human Resources (or related field) . Demonstrated experience in a recruitment coordination or administration role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Experience in healthcare or aged care will be highly regarded.
