About Northern Health: Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north. Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg. About the Role: In this role, you will support the education, training, and development of junior medical staff, ensuring they receive high-quality training in line with the Australian Medical Council (AMC) Framework and Post Graduate Medical Council of Victoria (PMCV) Accreditation . This role is responsible for: Program Development – Implement engaging learning tools, including online modules and video conferencing Education & Training – Develop and deliver education programs, workshops, and orientation sessions for junior doctors Supporting the accreditation process and ensure compliance with AMC and PMCV standards Oversee term assessments and support PMCV accreditation compliance Mentorship & Support – Ensure junior doctors receive the supervision, guidance, and resources needed for success Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance medical education You may also be involved in the development and delivery of education, training and career development for senior medical staff. To be successful in this role you will have: Qualification in Education, Clinical Education, Health, Human Resources, or Talent Management Experience in education and training program development in health or a related field Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams); experience with WordPress is a plus Next Steps . . .
