Do you have good communication and love working in a fast-paced, friendly and supportive environment, then look no further Reporting to the National Cleaning Manager, this role requires a proactive, motivated and skilled support team member to co-ordinate admin for the Cleaning Department for Kmart/Target. To be successful in the role, your key responsibilities will include: Collate and prepare store conditioning reports, attributes, store cleaning audits, and any other cleaning data. Monthly checking of payroll records, time-sheets and remittance slips (from contractor) Follow up outstanding help desk escalations with contractors. Provide admin support services for the Target teams and Cleaning department within City. Attend meetings, take minutes or input and prepare/present in report format for various meetings as requested. Assist with daily, weekly and monthly report preparation and distribution and other ad hoc reporting as required. To be considered for this role you will have / be: Cert IV/Diploma/Degree in Commerce/Business or similar – Preferred. Ability to work independently and liaise with Senior Management – Essential. Intermediate to Advance level of computer literacy and Microsoft Office 2010 skills – Essential. Experience in Retail/Supermarket services - Advantageous. Working knowledge of cleaning standards, practices and procedures – Advantageous. Our successful candidate should be able to: Problem solve with strong analytical and project management skills. Communicate effectively and build relationships, particularly with the job-share partner. Organise, prioritise and multi-task efficiently. Been driven and take ownership of tasks.
