Key Responsibilities Manage contracts and oversee project finances to ensure budget alignment. Assist with procurement, cost forecasting, and tender preparation . Handle progress claims, contract variations, and financial reporting . Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain project efficiency. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure deadlines are met. What You’ll Need Experience in fitout or refurbishment projects . Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Economics, or a related field . Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills. Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Commitment to Health & Safety standards . Perth-based experience and full Australian work rights.
