Building strong customer relationships Providing customer quotations Giving customers advice on product selection Processing customer orders Ordering stock and working closely with the purchasing team Assisting with returns, repairs, credit and backorder Supporting the external sales team Continuous development of your product knowledge. Requirements The successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience: Demonstrated sales or customer service experience preferably in a face-to-face environment. A positive outlook and attitude are essential Experience with Pronto would be advantageous, but not essential. The Offer The successful candidate will receive a base salary of $65,000 - $70,000, plus Superannuation.
