Position As part of the firm’s ongoing growth, this role plays a vital part in supporting administrative functions while working closely with Directors and Senior Management across various teams. Key responsibilities include: Serving as a primary contact for a diverse, high-value client base, assisting Directors with daily tasks and top-tier client care. Providing comprehensive administrative support to both team members and clients. Managing essential ATO and ASIC lodgements, ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Organising day-to-day correspondence and communications efficiently and professionally. Handling a range of admin duties—document management, detailed report prep, and spreadsheet upkeep. Maintaining and updating the client database accurately, acting as the main custodian of client records. Identifying process improvements and bringing new ideas to enhance workflow and efficiency. Assisting with ad hoc projects and events as requested by Operations. Collaborating across teams to cultivate a positive, supportive culture. Proactively informing managers about capacity and workflow to keep things transparent and productive. Candidate The ideal applicant will have a proven track record in Client Services or Administration within a professional services environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks. Ability to multitask while bringing initiative to problem-solving.
