ConsultANZ is seeking Contract Administrators for our client, a joint venture overseeing significant projects in Sydney, encompassing road maintenance, traffic management, bridges, and more. Two contract administrators are needed, with expertise in end-to-end procurement, sub-contractor and headline contract management, handling and processing claims and variations, and ongoing review of subcontractors' compliance. About the Role You would be working alongside a team of hard-working and driven individuals who strive to deliver their projects promptly and safely. In your role as the Contract Administrator, you may be required to do work in the following areas: Own sub-contractor relationships Work up to 9 types of agreements Certifying payment claims and Variations letters Managing contracts and project requirements Managing internal processes Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure contract compliance Management feedback on issues both real and anticipated Report and provide general commercial support Support procurement manager at times Management of sub-contractors – evaluation of KPIs assessing reports, the quarterly score for the report About You 1-5 years of experience Experience or knowledge in administration processes Ideally you will be intelligent, ambitious and highly motivated Able to manage very complex situations with great problem-solving skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to work independently Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Contract analysis and review knowledge What's In It For You?
