As Category Inside Sales - ERS at Jaybro, you will play a pivotal role in identifying for providing great service to customers, build strong relationships with customers and help to drive revenue and GP for the category. You will collaborate and work closely with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role will also include immersing yourself in Jaybro’s Culture and embodying our core values in every aspect of your work. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Accurately enter and manage orders in the system, including portal management. Create and follow up on quality quotes. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and other communication to convert leads into sales. Support customers by offering the right products and services. Respond quickly to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and address post-sale issues. Assist with customer inquiries via phone and email. Keep CRM systems updated with customer info, sales activity, and pipeline status. Stay knowledgeable about key products and continuously learn about others in your category. Engage with customers to identify and close sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with personalised solutions. Work with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Generate quality leads for the sales team. Meet and exceed sales and profit targets for your product category. Follow company policies and systems, including the Integrated Management System. Report any system issues or suggested improvements.
