Key responsibilities include: Manage end-to-end sales and leasing transactions, from inception through negotiations to finalisation. Drive business development initiatives to attract new clients and identify sales opportunities. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, tenants, and buyers. Evaluate and structure lease agreements, renewals, and sales contracts. Stay ahead of market trends to provide clients with strategic advice on industrial property sales and leasing. Negotiate and close high-value sales and leasing deals, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties. your advantage Prior experience in industrial/commercial sales and leasing. Understanding of leasing concepts, procedures, operational management etc. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
