Job Description In this exciting career opportunity you will be responsible for the delivery of maintenance programs across the NRMA EV charger portfolio for both reactive and preventative maintenance programs. You will also work with Engineering and Product Teams to identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance and decrease portfolio risk, including delivery of refurbishment and site upgrade projects in addition to routine maintenance. What You'll Do Ensure timely restoration of site faults by coordinating dispatch of contractor resources Lead the solutioning of maintenance defects with internal and external parties to minimise network downtime Utilise site data and fault information to develop preventative portfolio maintenance programs Ensure existing maintenance programs remain fit for purpose and in alignment with OEM requirements Co-ordinate maintenance to ensure warranties are maintained Mange contractors, suppliers and 3rd parties to successfully deliver maintenance services Ensure contractor performance is in alignment with contractor success metrics What You'll Bring 3 to 5 years previous relevant project engineering experience in EV, electrical or telecommunications infrastructure with a specific focus on site maintenance practices or site lifecycle management Tertiary or trade education in relevant electrical or telecommunications discipline would be highly regarded Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Microsoft Project (intermediate) High level understanding of WHS requirements as they relate to High Risk Construction Work Proven time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables with tight deadlines Advanced written and speaking communication skills Professional attitude and exceptional interpersonal skill Ability and willingness to undertake reasonable travel if required. Frequent travel is not expected. Able to form strong cross-functional relationships in a remote working environment Ability to manage stakeholders and work collaboratively to ensure they complete actions, deliver on deadlines, and meet key deliverables What's in it for you?
