The ideal candidate will have a "can-do" attitude and be able to successfully pass a medical and police check prior to commencement. The role duties include but are not limited to: Complete Monthly/Fortnightly/Weekly audit checks for TAPA/HACCP/requirements & organise meetings for compliance purposes. Complete all relevant filing of documents in our HSEQ & TEAMS folders. Drive client values Attend stakeholder / procurement calls when required. Meeting Vendors and show vendors through when needed, ensuring the correct sign in process is always maintained. Interact with the national procurement team. Responsible for Eagle Farm site procurement Developing new ways to work and ensuring efficiency is a top priority. Responsible for raising purchase orders in Ariba for the Eagle farm site. Interact with key service providers to ensure timely manner settlement of their invoices and within payment terms. Create a weekly inventory checklist, maintaining the correct amount of stock is on hand to avoid running out but at the same time, not overstocking. Assist with Eagle Farm office maintenance programme. Assist with the preparation and completion of licensing audits. Responsible for site inductions for all new staff members Responsible for site ID cards Responsible for first aid and fire site compliance Conduct & organise monthly safety committee meeting. Maintain HACCP programme, it's upkeep and audits.
