Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator who will be working on significant contract mobilisation activities. The team, consisting of over 10 people, will work collaboratively, providing support and acting as a sounding board. While the Contract Administrator role will involve routine tasks, there will also be opportunities for learning and development. Role Details: Hourly Rate: $45-$50/hr super Contract: Initially starting from 17 March for 3 months Location: Working from Level 1, South Tower, 10 Browning Street, West End QLD 4101 (Potential for more work location flexibility once workers are established and trained) Hours: Core hours are 9am-3pm, flexible hours for school pickup, etc Role Responsibilities: Assist with onboarding of high volumes of subcontractors, including assisting with migration of existing subcontractors and onboarding of new ones. Currently between 500-1000 subcontractors to be processed. High potential for extensions & perm Collaborative & Solutions focused Individuals are customer centered and value creating positive relationships Individuals need to have confidence to ask questions and take initiative. Assist with due diligence and compliance steps for seeking approvals Subcontract templates will be provided, CAs will need to: - Populate core information in standard subcontract templates - Do an initial review of proposed departures to terms and conditions from subcontractors and route these appropriately for resolution and close out. Mandatory Strong focus on commercial negotiation of terms and conditions or legal background / experience Individuals with commercial subcontractor onboarding experience. Experience and familiarity with subcontracts is a prerequisite. Exceptional attention to detail is critical, as well as the ability to communicate verbally and in writing articulately and professionally with both internal stakeholders and the subcontractors Must be comfortable with Microsoft Suite (word, excel, outlook, sharepoint) Adobe Sign experience preferred Pre-employment checks will be required If this sounds like you, APPLY NOW.
