We’re growing rapidly and are looking for A-Players to join our winning team About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Part- time Production Administrator in Canning Vale, WA . This key role will ensure smooth operations within both the production environment and office. You will be responsible for job preparation, inventory management, supplier coordination, and maintaining office supplies and kitchen stock. As the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, you'll help create a welcoming environment while also supporting the Area Production Manager in driving operational efficiency. This role is available on a school-hours basis (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM), making it perfect for someone looking for work-life balance while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your days will be busy and varied, and will include: Prepare job sheets and drawings, order non-standard items, and accurately enter job BOMs into the ERP system. Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers to secure competitive pricing and ensure timely deliveries. Process stock transfers and maintain accurate inventory records. Send dispatch confirmations (SDNs) to clients once jobs are completed and transport is arranged. Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-equipped workplace. Keep the office clean and organized, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed. Welcome visitors and stakeholders with professionalism, while also assisting with call handling when required.
