Click on the video below to learn more The Role We're looking for a reliable and experienced receptionist to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity, working four days per week. Being the first point of contact for NGS Super's Sydney office, the Receptionist is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and support to NGS members, visitors and staff. Key focus areas include: Welcome members and visitors to the Sydney office ensuring they receive a high standard of service. Answer phone enquiries, transfer calls, and take messages as required. Ensure the office is maintained, cleaned, and organised at all times including meeting rooms, breakout areas, and kitchens. Ensure stationery levels and kitchen supplies are maintained at adequate levels and ordered in a timely manner to meet supply demands. Liaise with building management and other external contractors and service providers in relation to the Sydney office as required including for maintenance and repairs. Prepare and manage internal and external meetings as required. Coordinate staff travel bookings as required. Ensure the Sydney office is compliant with relevant work, health and safety (WHS) standards. Participate as a member of the Fund’s social committee and assist with planning and coordinating of staff events. You have You’re a reliable and organised individual with a passion for delivering quality service in all interactions, and bring: At least 3 or more years’ experience relevant to the responsibilities of the position. Demonstrated commitment to high quality outcomes, including attention to detail. Well-developed interpersonal and oral communication skills. Strong organisational skills including an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Good time management skills and ability to be flexible and responsive to changing requirements. Proven ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and maintain good relationships with other staff. Microsoft knowledge and experience in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint. Ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously. Desirable Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or relevant field. Experience within the superannuation industry/fund management.
