About the Role They are currently seeking Customer Service Officer to join their growing team located in Pennant Hills. This is an estimated 5-months temp assignment, strong potential to extend Working within the Manager, you will be required to deliver a wide range of administration and business support assistance to meet organisational objectives. Responsibilities Reception duties including covering a busy switchboard Act as the first point of contact, delivering professional and empathetic customer service Answer customer enquiries, in a timely and accurate manner Inbox management, generating correspondence Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail Ordering stationery and maintaining office equipment Gather and collate information to support informed decision-making outcomes Preparation of documentation including subpoenas, correspondence, letters, presentation material and reports Fleet maintenance and management Complete financial administration duties including invoices and purchase orders Records and database management ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality Any adhoc duties related to the role About You Professional, empathetic, supportive, patient and resilient Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise competing deadlines High attention to detail Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite, SAP and TRIM Requirements Demonstrated Customer Service, Reception, Administration or Business Support experience Previous experience working within a sensitive/complex environment, including Child Protection, Homelessness, Domestic Violence, Disability Sectors advantageous Flexibility to work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Ability to work at both Lithgow and Faulconbridge Offices, as required Valid Working With Children’s Check (WWCC) and willingness to undergo a National Police Check Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment How to Apply Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours of the job posting.
