We want to Build a Better Way and we need the right people on our team to help us achieve this. The role We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our team in Perth. This is a critical role in managing the end-to-end commercial management of large subcontracts and successful cost outcomes for the project. About you The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing head contracts on construction projects on large scale construction projects. You will have influential working relationships and engage positively at all levels, including the team, subcontractors, and clients. Key responsibilities Managing Head Contract variations and liaising with the client regarding progress claims for the project, submitting extensions of time and variations. Ensuring accurate monthly reporting and forecasting of project costs, preparing cash flow Preparing tender documentation for subcontractor procurement with pricing schedules, scope of works, ensuring strong market coverage with subcontractors Develop subcontract and supplier documentation, including supply agreements and professional services agreements. Providing accurate monthly reporting and forecasting of project costs and preparing cash flow forecasts. Professional, strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
