Your days will be fast-paced, ensuring everything from fleet deliveries to customer service runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to handle all operational tasks. Expect a mix of organising vehicle deliveries and collections, liaising with customers, and ensuring fleet maintenance. Whether it’s solving problems on the fly or coordinating between branches, no two days are the same. And, yes, you’ll also be washing and prepping vehicles Your New Opportunity: Plan and organise fleet deliveries and collections with precision Deliver exceptional customer service and handle any client issues professionally Maintain fleet integrity, ensuring vehicles are roadworthy and well-prepped for clients Keep the depot in top shape, checking inventory, chemicals, and safety procedures Use various systems to update and manage fleet status and tasks in real time Ensure all administrative tasks, including rental agreements and damage reports, are handled efficiently You will be required to work on a rotating weekly roster, with some shifts scheduled until 9 PM. The Ideal Candidate: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, logistics or detailing role. Bonus if you come from the rental industry or automotive. Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of system-based processes (there are a few systems you'll need to wrap your head around).
