Your new role As a Customer Service Representative, your job duties & responsibility include but are not limited to the following: Arrange new bookings by phone or email – provide quotation to customer . Monitor bookings and keep customer informed of any delays or issues Coordinate with overseas offices Prepare and maintain client status reports for key clients.
