Description Job Purpose An exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our growing team This role will be responsible for general administration, transport coordination, finalising customer orders and processing of domestic & export documents and liaising with Transport divisions. Key Accountabilities Handle data entry for stock movements Maintain and update inventory records in the WMS Record incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation Processing sales order for shipping Verify and process supplier delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages Track and report on customer throughput and warehouse productivity Maintain records of damaged or lost inventory Prepare KPI reporting based on monthly results Time-keeping reporting Maintain record-keeping systems and operating procedures Generate, verify, and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing, based on agreement. Customer orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices to ensure correct billing Resolve discrepancies between invoices and received goods by liaising with suppliers and warehouse teams Qualifications, Skills and Experience The successful candidate will possess the following: Experience in administration and or customer service Understanding of warehouse operations Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Able to prioritize and multi task Strong time management skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management software, Cargowise preferred.
