The Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher - Career Education & Pathways Advisor to join our team. At our College, we are committed to equipping students from Years 7 to 12 and their families with the knowledge, guidance, and confidence needed to smoothly transition from school to higher education, the workplace, or training. We firmly believe in fostering strong relationships with organisations, employers, higher education providers, and alumni to create a supportive ecosystem for our students. The successful applicant shall develop and coordinate the career education program and work with students to explore career options, develop a career plan, and make career decisions that are based on their abilities, interests, work values, personality, and external influences.
