Assist with incoming calls and direct them as needed. Help with documentation, invoicing, and CRM updates. Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and contract administration. Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions. Assist with reporting and performance tracking of sales and service activities . Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional responses.
