With this new Apartment project set to launch in March / April this year, this is an unrivalled opportunity with incredible earning potential for an astute project sales professional. Duties: Coming in before the project launches, you will hold a key position reporting to the Project Director and be responsible for: Guide the development and implementation of sales strategies Research the market and assist in the review of product mix Work hand in hand with Marketing for sales collateral and display suite set-up Recruit a sales team (Sales Executive and Host / Assistant) Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Suite Develop channel partner relationships Work and build the database in preparedness for launch Educating buyers regarding the projects, property investment and providing general property market commentary Close collaboration with the Marketing & Development team as required for the project to achieve Sales objectives Specific requirements: 5 years demonstrated success in strategic input at the front-end, and selling off-the-plan apartments in Sydney (North Shore preferred) Strong leadership capability – both internal teams and in managing external agent channel partners Real Estate License Extremely well presented and a strong communicator Able to work weekends from Launch onwards Benefits: As mentioned above, this role is a pathway to Regional Sales Manager as additional projects are acquired.
