Seeking an experienced Customer Service or Sales Administrator to join a B-Corp certified, purpose driven company, pioneering in making environmentally friendly products. As a Sales & Service Administrator, you will be managing a high level of inbound customer enquiries, working closely with the operations team to ensure customer orders fulfilled and providing after sales support to existing customers. The Responsibilities: Providing sales and customer service support to new and existing customers in a fast-paced environment (Phone and E-mail) Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy of the orders and work closely with the supply and logistics team Review artworks/review any custom orders and execute a high level of attention to details to ensure customer orders are correct Provide support in managing key accounts, working closely with the account management team to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships.
