About the opportunity The Salesforce Administrator supports all technical requirements for Salesforce operation within the Steadfast Business. The role is responsible for the ongoing operation and maintenance of the Salesforce environments. The Salesforce Administrator works with the various business stakeholders to implement changes to the Salesforce environments to support business processes and initiatives. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Maternity Leave Contract. Responsibilities Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment(s). Assisting with running monthly finance reports. Performing full regression tests for support and change management. All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions. Handle all basic administrative functions including modification of page layouts, generation of reports, and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks. Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system and implement these changes as appropriate. Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users Document customisations made in Salesforce. Plan for upgrades, seasonal releases, and long-term projects. Skills and Knowledge History working in a Salesforce Administrator role. Salesforce configuration, reporting & dashboard experience. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality preferred. Some understanding of Salesforce Apex Code. An understanding of SQL beneficial to support integrations. Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with business and tech partners. Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to think on your feet.
