Job Description The Role: Move the Dial in EV Charging The Inbound Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting sales activities, providing excellent customer service, effective communication and ensuring sales targets are met. Additionally, the role requires training customers on ocular products and services. Answer inbound sales calls (approx40-60/day) to help guide customers through their EV purchase journey. Educate customers on EVSE products and services, including EV chargers, accessories, and installation packages, to ensure customers are knowledgeable and confident in their purchases. Become a product and industry expert and use this knowledge to effectively inspire prospects Develop your sales skills and grow within your role Meet or exceed (KPIs) related to sales input and output metrics, such as revenue targets, conversion rates, and customer acquisition goals.
