The successful candidate will support the team and provide leadership. About the role The Administration Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership, developing procedures and demonstrating a strong culture of excellent sales and customer service. This position incorporates a sales element, which involves the development and implementation of sales processes to assist the Management Team to reach centre income targets. The coordinator oversees the admin functions of our teams, comprised of Customer Service Officers, Personal Trainers, and Group Fit Instructors, and will lead a team of 20 employees, primarily casual. This position operates in a front-facing role while also continuously monitoring and improving membership, accounts, debtors, and admin processes. The successful applicant will be required to work a flexible 38 hour a week roster from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, including occasional weekend work based on business needs.
