About the Role Join our team as an Administration Officer/Receptionist at our Fullarton site and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic administrative role. This position offers 60 hours per fortnight (with potential to increase to full time), currently 4 days per week, between Monday to Friday, with working hours being 08:30-16:30. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, with duties including: Greeting and engaging with clients and visitors Managing a busy switchboard Maintain records and filing Ordering and tracking supplies Provide valuable support to the management team About You Do you have a solid background in administration, with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong organisational abilities? Are you proficient in Microsoft Office, (CIM financial software desirable) and capable of working both independently and as part of a team? If so, we’d love to hear from you. A qualification in office administration will be highly regarded, along with any experience in a residential aged care environment. Candidates will be required to hold a current NDIS Worker Check .
