The team brings this to life by helping clients further enhance financial performance and operations and gain an understanding of the commercial issues facing their business, alongside the delivery of audit services. You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in: UX design and business analysis for digital products, and you are skilled in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation user interface design Demonstrated experience building digital solutions from end to end Extensive industry knowledge of current digital design standards and trends Exceptional communication skills, strong emotional intelligence and a passion for designing great software. As a UX/UI Design Analyst within the Digital Transformation team, your impact will be seen by: Engaging with stakeholders across the Assurance business to understand how they work and to gather UX/UI requirements for the development of digital products and automation solutions. Facilitating experience design workshops to gather requirements and test ideas with end-users. Applying conceptual thinking to create world-class digital solutions, cleverly bringing together user needs, business goals and technical realities. Transforming complicated processes and concepts into simple, intuitive user flows using tools like Figma and Lucidspark. Designing user interfaces that simplify interactions with technology for our people, including the creation of sketches and wireframes through to pixel perfect mock-ups using tools like Figma. Collaborating with the technical team on feasibility analysis of proposed ideas and solutions. Testing and validating your designs after they are implemented by our development team.
