You’ll be responsible for coordinating client transfers, managing medical records, and facilitating communication between staff, medical practitioners, and clients. Your contributions will help maintain efficient service delivery and enhance patient care. Key Responsibilities: Provide general reception, clerical, and administrative duties. Coordinate patient transfers and assist with admissions and discharges. Manage and update medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes. Support staff induction, training, and development activities. Communicate important patient information and assist with discharge planning. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and assist with audits.
